JUBAIL: The Saudi Naval Forces and U.S. counterparts concluded the "Naval Defender 25" exercise at King Abdulaziz Naval Base in Jubail, Eastern Province.
This joint exercise aimed to strengthen maritime security, safeguard territorial waters, and boost the combat readiness of both forces.
Throughout the exercise, participants engaged in advanced combat scenarios, including live ammunition drills against hostile targets, coordinated naval battle formations, maritime rescue operations, and countermeasures against enemy boats and drones.
The training also encompassed anti-submarine warfare and complex naval formations, enhancing the forces’ preparedness to operate effectively in challenging maritime environments.
This exercise reflects the ongoing commitment between Saudi Arabia and the United States to deepen military cooperation and ensure regional maritime stability.
